- August 25, 2005 - Bob Johnson of Associated Press calls Gina for
interview.
- August 28, 2005 - Article by Bob Johnson published is several papers
statewide.
- September 8, 2005 - Rep. Blaine Galliher pre-files bill.
- October 10, 2005 - Ann Nelson of Mentone reads AP article online.
- October 13, 2005 - Ann Nelson sends email across the state to find
supporters, over 350 families respond "in favor" of this bill.
- January 10, 2006 - Rep. Galliher introduces House Bill 20.
- January 19, 2006 - Senator Hank Erwin introduces Senate Bill 312.

The bill failed to get out of committee this session
which ended April 6, 2006, we will continue our efforts and push for the
bill to pass in 2007!

November 9,2006 - ESPN filming at the Guyse's house!
ESPN is filming a special on "Equal Access" they will be including the Guyse
family in their story! Program scheduled to air Sunday, January 7,
2007 at 8:30am on ESPN's "Outside The Lines" show.

Tebow Bill - April 1, 2009 - We made progress! Senator Figures finally
realized as she said "this is not going to go away". She agreed to
hold a summit meeting with the goal of trying to find a compromise that both
sides can agree upon.
