Gary Minnick - Candidate for Superintendent of Shelby County Schools "I am interested in finding a way to help home school parents. Since home school parents pay taxes, they deserve to be able to gain some benefit from their investment. Since the State & County have a compelling interest in the education of our children, then we should help support education wherever we find it and to whatever extent practicable. There has to be some balance that will achieve a win/win solution."
