"As a college coach, I evaluate state competitions across the country for prospective recruits.  The ability of all students, to compete interscholastically provides opportunities for college recruitment that cannot be found elsewhere.

On a personal note, my wife and I are the parents of children who were homeschooled and now attend a small private church school.  When they are of age, we would welcome the freedom for our three children to be able to participate in high school athletics."
